Airbuy & Sell was created by 2 serviced accommodation entrepreneurs who found it depressingly difficult to find their next Airbnb investment. It's a minefield to find suitable properties on existing platforms such as Rightmove and Purple Bricks, and trying to extract the trading data such as earnings & occupancy rate can be almost impossible.

And it turned out many others felt the same way. This led to the creation of the largest Facebook group in the UK to buy and sell Airbnbs and other holiday homes.

We've since outgrown the group with the sheer demand for this fantastic investment class and built a fully functioning, easy to use platform to quickly find your next purchase.

We use market leading predictive analytics as well as 3rd party tools such as AirDNA and seller information to determine potential revenue and yield. The ratings, earnings and occupancy of nearby properties in the area and over a period of 12 months are all factored into the equation to give the accuracy you need at the initial stage.

And we go one step further too to help you make the right investment choices - we use estimated operational costs so you have a truer picture of likely yield i.e. deducting the costs of maintenance and cleaning etc. We typically use 40% of revenue as an average unless we have verified data from the seller. It is highly recommended to obtain quotations to estimate your operating costs before proceeding with the final property purchase.

We are Nikhil Aggarwal and Willem Muller, both seasoned serviced accommodation owners. Nikhil is a successful Airbnb Superhost with a large portfolio of properties in Liverpool and brings over 10 years of startup experience to the team. Willem was most recently co-founder of a SeedCamp backed startup in the marine fuel space which recently sold for mid 7 figures £, and before that had senior engineering roles at the BBC and Microsoft.
